Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements concluded through the website of Natella Molova.

They apply to both consumers and business customers unless otherwise stated.

2. Contact

partnerships@natellaart.com

3. Services

The provider offers digital educational content, online lectures, classes, downloadable materials, and cultural content related to art history and visual culture.

All services and materials are provided exclusively online.

4. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of services on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to book or purchase.

A binding agreement is concluded upon successful completion of the booking or payment process. The customer will receive a confirmation email afterwards.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the website.

Payments are processed through the available payment service providers such as Stripe or PayPal. No entitlement to alternative payment methods exists.

6. Delivery and Access

Access to digital content is provided after successful payment.

Customers receive access to materials through a protected online area, email delivery, or downloadable files, depending on the product format.

The provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation in a course, webinar, or service in individual cases, particularly in cases of inappropriate behavior, technical issues, safety concerns, or other reasonable circumstances. In such cases, any payments already made will be refunded in full.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Consumers within the European Union generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this right expires once the execution of the contract has begun and the customer has expressly agreed that access to digital content may begin before the withdrawal period expires, acknowledging that this results in the loss of the withdrawal right.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products and services offered, cancellations and refunds are generally not available after access to the content has been granted.

Digital products, recorded materials, downloadable resources, and course access are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

For live online sessions and webinars, cancellations made at least 3 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the session are non-refundable due to limited availability and preparation associated with live events.

Failure to attend a live session does not entitle the participant to a refund.

By purchasing a digital product or online session, you acknowledge and agree that access to digital content and services may begin immediately after payment.

The provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel live webinars, classes, or online sessions due to illness, technical issues, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will either receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date for the session.

9. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All materials, recordings, texts, PDFs, images, and other content provided by the provider are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Customers receive a non-transferable right for personal use only.

Sharing, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or commercially using any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

10. Liability

The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

For minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract relationship.

11. Applicable Law

If the customer is a consumer residing within the European Union, mandatory consumer protection regulations of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.

12. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Changes or additions to these Terms & Conditions must be made in writing.
